Shipping & Payment

Free Delivery - We offer Free Delivery to all of Ireland on orders over €35 (after discounts).

Delivery timeframes below are targets, not guarantees. Couriers operate Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

Where We Deliver

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

  • Courier: GLS
  • Tracking: Provided by email when your order ships; track on the GLS Website.
  • Typical transit: 1–2 business days from dispatch within ROI & NI.

United Kingdom

  • Courier: An Post.
  • Tracking: Sent by email on dispatch.
  • Notes: Import charges may apply (see Taxes & Duties).

Europe & Rest of World

  • Services: An Post (Irish Post) for small parcels (= 20 kg) within Europe and for standard items to USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and other destinations.
  • Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight and size.
  • Tracking: Sent by email on dispatch (An Post or courier, as applicable).

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before 4:00pm (Irish time) for in stock items are aimed to dispatch the same working day. Orders placed after 4:00pm dispatch the next working day.
  • Weekend processing: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.
  • Delivery windows: GLS typically delivers 1–2 business days after dispatch within ROI & NI. Other services vary by destination and service level.
  • No weekend/holiday delivery: Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Heads up: Delivery times start from dispatch (once we email your tracking number), not from the moment you place your order.

Tracking, Signatures & Delivery Attempts

  • A tracking number is emailed when your goods are dispatched. Use the link to view realtime status.
  • A signature may be required on delivery. Please ensure someone is present at the address.
  • If no one is available, couriers may make 2–3 attempts before returning the parcel to us.
  • Redelivery/return charges may apply where delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please doublecheck your address at checkout. We cannot change the address once items are dispatched.
  • Orders returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Shipping a Bike

To keep shipping costs competitive, bikes are shipped partially assembled (in a protective box). Basic final assembly is required on receipt. If you’d prefer a fully built bike, please contact us for options.

Click & Collect (Reserve & Collect)

  • Fast pickup: Most instock orders are ready within ~1 hour. We’ll send a confirmation email when your order is ready.
  • Cutoff: Orders placed after 4:00pm are processed the next working day.
  • Weekend: Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday are processed Monday.
  • Hold period: We’ll hold your items for 5 days. After that, items return to stock, and the reservation is cancelled.
  • Bikes: Reserve as above; bikes are typically ready after 12:00pm the following day.
  • Deposit for bikes: €50 refundable deposit (refundable on collection or purchase).
  • ID: Please bring photo ID and your order confirmation.

Lost, Missing or Damaged Deliveries

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking.
  • Where an item is confirmed lost by our delivery partner, we will resend the goods or refund you.
  • If the original parcel subsequently arrives, it must be returned to us or you may be charged.
  • Please report visible damage to the driver at delivery and contact us promptly with photos.

Taxes, Duties & Pricing

  • Prices include Irish VAT (currently 23%) unless stated otherwise.
  • For nonEU deliveries, VAT may be removed at checkout where applicable. Import taxes, duties and clearance fees (including for the UK and other nonEU destinations) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
  • Pricing & availability are shown at the time the page loads and may change without notice. If an error affects your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Payment Methods

We support secure, convenient payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) — processed securely by Global Payments (formerly Realex).
  • PayPal — checkout with your PayPal account.
  • Finance — Humm Easy Finance available on eligible purchases (subject to credit approval; T&Cs apply).

For security reasons, we do not accept payment by cheque. Bank transfer may be offered for special orders—please contact us first.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Cycle Superstore Gift Vouchers: Accepted online and instore (not valid for Bike Fitting services).
  • One4all & Me2You Gift Cards: Accepted online via the card payment option (they operate as prepaid Visa). Due to EU regulations, there is a €50 per transaction limit online. Not valid on sale or discounted items.

International Orders (Outside Ireland & the UK)

  • Delivery charges shown at checkout are estimates and may be reconfirmed by our web team before dispatch for unusually large/remote shipments. If adjustments are required, we will contact you for approval.
  • Customs & import charges are payable by the recipient.

Terms & Important Notes

  • Service selection: We may ship orders in more than one parcel and by different carriers to provide the best service.
  • Preorders/backorders: Dispatch occurs when all items are available unless you arrange split shipment.
  • Liability: We cannot accept liability for delays outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, customs).
  • Contact: If you need help with delivery or payment, please reach out with your order number and we’ll sort it.
